November 2025 – I Am Here
At a place that is slowly coming back to life.
I am here, opening the windows so the villa can breathe — and with every breath, the weight of the past years seems to fade away.
I guide visitors, share her story, and let her voice be heard again through people who enter with respect and an open heart.
These days, the level of Lake Lipno is lower than usual — but because of that, places once hidden beneath the water are now revealed.
The same way, the villa is slowly unveiling what has long been concealed — its strength, soul, and quiet beauty.
Every day something new is being born here: conversations, photographs, videos, meetings, and visions of how the villa might live again.
At the same time, I continue documenting the memories of those who knew the villa before — when it was still a hotel, full of life and stories.

October 31, 2025 – From the Sky and Within
Autumn has arrived at Bohemia in full color.
Together with a professional drone operator, we captured the villa from above, up close, and from within.
Soon you'll see unique footage showing the raw beauty and strength of this place in all its authenticity.
October 2025 – New Conversations, New Hope
On October 23, 2025, I was a guest on the program "Paths to Success" on NetroLife Radio (100.8 FM), where we talked about the Stay Bohemia project and the story of saving Villa Bohemia by Lake Lipno.
Sharing this journey publicly means a lot to me — not only to raise awareness of Villa Bohemia but also to find the person who sees in it what I do.
We continue to actively seek a new owner — someone able to combine respect for history with a vision for the future.
The villa deserves a new life and space for culture, music, community, and dreams that will make her shine again.

September – Media Interest
On September 19, 2025, Czech Television filmed a regional report about the Stay Bohemia project and the effort to save the historic Villa Bohemia.
Media attention is crucial to finding the right buyer or patron who values the historical and cultural importance of this place.
Late August 2025 – Turning Points
After an intense summer, the first tangible results arrived.
I signed an intermediary agreement with the current owner — a key step marking the transition from living in and documenting the building to actively seeking solutions for its future.
The place needs a patron — someone who sees not just a property, but a story and potential in this unique building and its lakeside setting.
Each day brings new opportunities and valuable connections.
August 2025 – Continuing the Project
After a challenging period, I allowed myself a month of rest and mental recovery.
Now, with renewed energy and a clearer plan, I continue documenting the villa's history.
On this journey, I've been lucky to meet wonderful people — kind souls who became part of the project.
Without their support, it wouldn't be possible.
I thank everyone who stood by me then — for their faith, encouragement, and quiet strength that helped me move forward.
July 2025 – Dealing with Fraudsters
After nearly two months living in the building without water or electricity, I was searching for help wherever I could.
Unfortunately, I fell victim to two fraudsters.
It was a difficult but valuable experience.
I filed a criminal report and promised myself to be more cautious in the future.
June 2025 – Founding of Stay Bohemia
I officially launched the Stay Bohemia documentation project.
I received access to the building from the owner and began spending time there — without water or electricity, but with immense love for this place and its history.
I document the entire process on my YouTube channel @staybohemia.
Spring 2025 – Alarming Discovery
I learned that the villa was facing demolition.
That news pushed me to act and search for ways to save it.
I started researching its history and analyzing its current condition.
This is how the villa looked when I began — shovel, rake, bucket, and a great deal of determination. (May 17, 2025)
Turn of 2024 / 2025 – The Unexpected Message
A former classmate from my church elementary school contacted me, saying he had the means to purchase the villa.
That moment changed everything — for the first time, there was a real chance to take part in saving it.
2015–2025 – Ten Years of Visits
Since my first encounter with the villa, I've been coming to Lipno every year — often off-season, sometimes more than once a year.
Sitting on the villa's terrace has always had an indescribable energy — I kept returning, drawn by the wish to uncover more of her story.

2015 (At 22) – The Magical Encounter
Late one evening, I literally stumbled upon this building.
I stayed on the terrace until morning — completely mesmerized by the place.
I couldn't understand how such a beautiful villa could stand abandoned and locked.
Back then, I didn't yet know that after ten years of returning, I would become the documentarian of its history and guardian of its soul.
